During the Zhou Dynasty, Jiang Taigong (姜太公), with the character Ziya (子牙), whose real name was Jiang Shang (姜尚), was called Fei Xiong. He was a native of Kap (Xuzhou, East China Sea).
To avoid the chaos of King Zhou, Jiang Taigong lived in seclusion by the waters of the East China Sea, fishing in Panxi (Weishui) to wait for the right moment.
Till he was 80 years old, King Wen of Zhou recognized his wisdom and hired him as the prime minister.
